The Vanguard Racing Grey Motorcycle Trousers are adventure-ready CE-certified trousers engineered for riders who need adaptable protection, ventilation and all-day riding comfort.
Certified to CE Level AA, the trousers are equipped with TetraHex™ CE Level 2 four-piece armour at the knees and hips, providing impact protection across key lower-body zones. Built from a durable, lightweight nylon shell without lamination, they offer flexibility and comfort suited to long-distance or mixed-terrain riding. A modular 10k/10k waterproof, breathable thermal trouser layer can be added or removed depending on conditions, giving year-round versatility.
Ventilation is fully adjustable with large intake vents at the top thigh and exhaust vents at the back leg, supported by intake and exhaust thigh ventilation zippers for efficient airflow and temperature regulation.
Fit adjustment is supported by hook & loop waist and hem adjustment, accordion elasticated articulated knees and lumber, and stretch panels on the inner thigh for improved movement. The fly uses a zipper and stud fastening with storm-guard for added weather protection.
Storage includes a tactical pocket configuration of 6 pockets, including zipper-fastened front hip pockets. Additional details include long and short trouser attachment zippers, a reinforced seat panel, and reflective/fluorescent visibility elements for improved low-light presence.
